Pancakes at Carillon is Perths original, best and longest established family owned and operated Pancake restaurant. Located on the Hay St upper level of the Carillon Arcade Pancakes has fed and entertained generations of Perth adults and children alike.

Pancakes at Carillon have had several owners since being established in 1983. Its original location was opposite where it currently stands at the ABC Shop. In the 1990`s Pancakes was relocated to its current position in the upper level of Carillon Arcade.

Pancakes underwent a complete renovation in March 2011 giving it a fresh new vibrant image appealing to all ages. Several dishes were added to the new menu whilst all of the age old tried and tested favourites were retained. All of our food is prepared fresh daily to exacting recipes.

We use locally sourced free range eggs in all of our cooking. Meat, poultry and vegetable suppliers have been carefully chosen so we are able to provide you the diner with the freshest and best local ingredients all year round.

We use only freshly ground Arabica coffee beans, roasted to perfection and extracted by our well trained team of Baristas.
